Andre is a Prosci® Executive Instructor in our Singapore office. He has been supporting professionals to learn about Change Management for close to a decade which provides him with broad and deep contextual understanding of the learning needs that prospective Change Practitioners have.

He is also a Principal Change Advisor with the Prosci® Global Change Advisory Team where he consults on advisory assignments to help clients and their organisations design, diagnose, and build strategies for Change Success.

Andre has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from University of Adelaide and Bachelor of Psychology (Class IIA Honours). He also holds relevant certification in Prosci® Change Management, Lean Six Sigma, Digital Transformation, the Behavioural Change Wheel Framework, and was formerly a Certified Change Management Professional (CCMPTM) with the Association of Change Management Professionals.

His passion remains to helping individuals and businesses amalgamate pragmatic behavioural science with organisational change practices to improve benefit realisation. Andre is fluent in English and Mandarin.

Before joining Prosci® Singapore, Andre worked as a specialist psychologist with in one of the larger non-profit organisations in Singapore. His experience with projects and change started when he was tasked to work on digitization and business process improvement. 

Since then, he has had the opportunity to work with multinational companies on strategic initiatives including change management capability building.                                                                                                                                  Examples of Andre’s recent work include the following: 

  • Serving as a local Change Advisor & Practitioner for a private manufacturing company with global presence to roll out an Integrated Business Planning solution to modernise their value chain across all markets.

    Facilitated workshops for C-suite executives and executive managers for a market-leading conglomerate in the utilities sector as part of their drive to build organisational change management capability and maturity.

    Advised a government-owned corporation to design a change management strategy for the roll-out and implementation of a point-of-sale IT system budgeted for 16 million.

  • Capability building and Advisory partner with a government agency to embed change management in 20 non-profit organisations through a sector-wide Organisation Development (ODV) programme over 3 years.

    Developed customised Change Management training programmes for one of the largest bank in Asia as they underwent their Digital Transformation initiative.
