As a part of its continuous change management best practices research process Prosci Inc is launching a research study examining the interesction of Agile development processes and projects with Change Management.
We all know that to optimise the success of our projects Change Management frequently needs to integrate with existing as well as emerging new complementary disciplines already in use in our organisation.
Agile is one such emerging discipline.
It would be great if you can help further the disciplines of both Change Management and Agile by contributing your data and experience from Asia to this important study.
Specifically the study will comprise two main components:-
- Managing the people side of change when moving from a waterfall software application development process to an agile process, often called an agile transformation project.
- Managing the people side of change within an initiative that is already using an agile development process.
If you have experience in either or both of these areas from your work in Asia please contribute your time to complete the survey.
Each of the two parts of this research survey should take no more than 20-30 minutes to complete.
You do not need to be a change management expert to contribute your experience.
In return you will be one of the first to receive a copy of the publication on its initial release.
