Earlier in January 2018, Rhiannon Cooke, CMC's founding owner, was awarded the ‘Associate Excellence Award’ by the Singapore Civil Service College (CSC) after having trained more than 500 civil servants from various Singaporean government agencies.
This cordial working relationship began in 2012, when Rhiannon embarked on a gallant journey with the CSC to establish and shape their change management capabilities. She lends her expertise to the CSC’s Institute of Leadership and Organisation Development (ILOD) by running the Prosci Change Management Practitioner Certification Programme regularly for selected groups of government employees, often tasked to lead or oversee important national initiatives, projects and/or programmes.
An accomplished project, programme and change management specialist, Rhiannon is a strong and passionate advocate in the development of change management as a discipline and profession. She demonstrates this devotion by going above and beyond her call of duty, often capitalising her lunch and break times to help participants catch up on vital portions of the training they may have missed out. She ensures that the participants on her training programmes are fully equipped and closely supported to become Prosci Certified Change Practitioners. In addition, she volunteers a significant amount of her time to serve as the President of the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP), an independent and trusted body dedicated to the professional excellence and growth of Change Management as a discipline and community.
