In the light of recent events and as we enter this new era of remote working, we have created a space for change management professionals to learn together in new ways. With a flexible, interactive way to access our change management training, we’re pleased to introduce a virtual version of our 3-day instructor-led Prosci Practitioner Change Management Certification Programme, open for registration to anyone interested in building their change management knowledge and ability.
In addition we have also introduced a whole series of open enrolment Change Management workshops including a virtual 1-day Prosci Agile and Change Management workshop, a virtual 1-day Refresher workshop for Prosci Certified practitioners as well as further private virtual role-based change management training programs for Executive/Senior level Sponsors and Line Managers leading change initiatives while working from home.
All virtual programmes are fully hosted by CMC Partnership Global’s Prosci-certified Advanced Instructors supported by our Prosci-certified Training Managers in the role of event Producer.
Prosci’s Virtual Instructor-Led Change Management Certification Programme is an online, interactive, three-day learning experience where participants gain the knowledge, skills and tools to drive successful change initiatives.
During the programme, participants apply holistic change management methodology to a current project. By the end of the programme, participants have a change management plan designed to effectively manage change and enhance project results.

The virtual version course will cover the same great content over the same number of days, where participants will be able to gain the knowledge, skills and tools to drive successful change initiatives through the application of Prosci methodology and tools to a live project. The virtual course will be delivered by our highly experienced CMC Global Prosci Certified Advanced Instructors and support teams using interactive activities and exercises.
The course will intensively explore the application of the Prosci methodology, consisting of theoretical and practically applied elements such as: analysis, application, individual and group working as well as presenting.
At the end of the course you will gain the same outcome as you would during the face to face programme. That will include achieving a certification in the Prosci change management methodology, getting 12-month access to the Prosci toolkit and solid change management plans to take back to the workplace.
So, what’s the difference? The obvious difference of course, is the delivery of the programme. Instead of in-person delivery, we are using an online easy to use “Zoom” platform that will be accessible to all participants. Also, to ensure everyone gets the attention they deserve in the virtual format, we’re limiting the number of participants to 16.
