As a Prosci® Executive Instructor and Change Management Specialist, he has guided diverse industries like FMCG, media, and social services through significant transitions, delivering impactful results.
Paul's impact is evident from the start. He spearheaded a nationwide campaign for the Yellow Ribbon Project, leading to a significant growth in positive public perception towards ex-offender reintegration. His leadership in fundraising initiatives significantly bolstered social service agencies, strengthening family reunification efforts.
Paul seamlessly transitioned into career development at Workforce Singapore. He designed and delivered impactful workshops, facilitating insightful conversations that empowered job seekers to define their future career paths with clarity.
In 2016, Paul joined the Human Capital Leadership Institute (HCLI), a Temasek Holdings company focused on accelerating leadership development across Asia. He strategically built human capital leadership capabilities, notably leading business development for Asia's largest Human Capital conference in 2017.
Over the past six years, Paul has become a sought-after advisor, supporting over 130 organizations in change management, leadership, and organizational development. His coaching has influenced over 600 senior leaders on effective change implementation and sponsorship. At the National Council of Social Services, he spearheaded the development of the organization's internal Change Management competency, training over 200 employees. Passionate about empowering change practitioners, Paul established Singapore's first Community of Practice in Change Management in 2020. This community thrives on the philosophy that "none of us is as good as all of us."
