Renew your access to the Prosci Hub Solution Suite

Where has the time gone? Don’t let your access to Proxima, Knowledge Hub and/or Research Hub expire! Re-subscribe now.

If you are a certified Prosci Change Practitioner, you received a one-year subscription to Prosci’s Hub Solution Suite as part of your Prosci Change Management Certification Programme.

Or, if you completed the Leading your Team Through Change Workshop, you received access to Knowledge Hub.

This family of online, cloud-based products provides you with anytime, anywhere access to digital content, resources and tools aligned with the Prosci Methodology and designed to accelerate your success with change.

From models and methodology to research and assessments, you won’t want to go without access to Proxima, Research Hub and/or Knowledge Hub and unless you re-subscribe your access will end one year after your certification.

 If you're not ready to re-subscribe, you have two options:

  • Do nothing and let your account close – If you no longer need access to the Hub Solution Suite, you don’t need to do anything. Your account will close in once you hit the one year mark since you certified. Prosci will handle your data in accordance with their Data Retention Policy.

  • Export your data – If you plan on letting your account close, you may want to export your Proxima data before that happens. Review export options in the Help Centre.

Frequently asked questions:

  • I have received a notification that the Research Hub is expiring in 7 days. Does this mean that I lose access to the Prosci Portal entirely, including the Promixa tools, or only to the Research Hub

    Yes, the 12 month subscription will expire and the Hub tiles will automatically be removed from the individuals Prosci Portal account.

  • Which module should be selected to renew only the Proxima tools?  

    Renewal of just Proxima is not an available option.  A new subscription will provide 12 months access to Proxima, Knowledge Hub and Research Hub.

  • Will I lose the information in Proxima while my subscription is being renewed? What happens to my information during the “downtime” ?

    If the subscription lapse is only for a short period, we have other customers who have renewed and been able to re-access their project data within Proxima
