Prosci Manager Coaching Programme

 

This one day workshop equips managers with the skills and techniques to manage the impact of change on themselves and coach employees through change to deliver successful transformation. 

Participants use a current change that is being implemented within their control and apply Prosci’s ADKAR® Model and change tools to develop a Change Management Coaching Plan for their team. Managers learn how to proactively diagnose resistance and develop plans for effectively leading change with their employees.

Who should attend?

This programme is perfect for anyone who manages employees, from frontline supervisors to middle managers to senior directors. The program is not intended for change practitioners or project managers responsible for building change management plans.

Learning objectives

  • Gain an appreciation for the impact of change management on organisational results
  • Understand foundational aspects of change management and the critical role managers play in the change process
  • Understand how to apply the Prosci ADKAR® Model to facilitate individual change and mitigate employee resistance
  • Assess a current change impacting your team and practice using the tools available to you in the Change Management Guide for Managers toolkit
  • Create action plans to move employees past barrier points and on to desired outcomes
